Order Processing Time:

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PT/3pm ET will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

 

Shipping Time:

For US customers, usually you will receive your products within five to ten business days. However, it may take longer due to other factors, such as holiday sessions or carrier delays etc.

For non-US customers, shipping times may largely depend on your local carrier.

 

Shipping Charges: 

Shipping fees will be calculated according to your shipping address when you check out.

The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the item is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, We will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
