Returns

 

If the return or exchange is caused by our problem, the item can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products can be returned by mail. Before return, please make sure the item(s) meet the return conditions:

• Unwashed
• Unworn
• Original tags still attached
• In the original packaging

 

There will be no refund for any merchandise that was used or not returned in its original packaging & condition. If items get damaged during transit, we will not be held responsible.

 

Note: If the return or replacement is not caused by quality problems, the buyer shall bear the return freight. There will be a restocking fee of 15% of the product price for all returns.
